A little history
Flemington began as a summer retreat for Midway-area planters escaping the lowland heat and incorporated in 1908. It has kept its own municipal identity while Hinesville grew up around it.
The market today
Lots are larger than in Hinesville proper and the housing stock is quieter and more established, which appeals to Fort Stewart families looking for a little more separation without a longer drive.
