A little history
Godley Station was master-planned in the late 1990s along the new Pooler Parkway, mixing residential villages with a commercial core and a school campus. It absorbed much of Pooler's first growth wave and set the template the rest of west Chatham followed.
The market today
The district is now a dense mix of townhomes, single-family villages, and apartments with retail inside walking distance. It is the most liquid entry-level market in west Chatham and a consistent rental performer given the airport and Gulfstream commutes.
What to know before you buy
- Townhome, single-family, and rental product side by side
- Walkable retail and schools within the district
- Strong rental demand from Gulfstream and airport employment
