A little history
Savannah Quarters sits on land that was part of the 18th-century Mulberry Grove tract north of Pooler. Development began in the late 1990s around a Greg Norman Signature golf course, with the country club, tennis, and fitness campus built as the community's center.
The market today
It is Pooler's premium address: gated sections, custom builders, and lots from a quarter acre to more than an acre along the fairways and lakes. Townhomes and smaller cottages start in the $350Ks; custom estate homes reach $2.5M. Club membership tiers are separate from HOA dues.
