Buckhead East was among the first planned Richmond Hill communities to build out after the 1990s growth wave, on land that had been part of the Ford holdings and later timber tracts. Its trees have had thirty years to fill in, which sets it apart from newer sections.
The market today
Product is traditional two-story and ranch homes on quarter- to half-acre lots with a community pool and tennis. Pricing sits above entry-level Richmond Hill and below the gated river communities.
