A little history
The Ford Field & River Club occupies part of Henry Ford's original Bryan County holdings along the Ogeechee River, including the restored Ford farm buildings. It was developed as a private sporting and residential club, with a Pete Dye golf course, equestrian center, shooting facility, and deep-water marina.
The market today
Homesites range from cottage lots near the club core to multi-acre river and marsh parcels. Membership is a requirement of ownership and should be modeled alongside the purchase; the community is the county's top of market.
